Can I exchange my order?
Yes! To exchange the item you have, make a request at info@patsuttondesigns.com. Once the return is accepted, a separate purchase for the exchanged or different item will be shipped to you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Due to high demand for our custom products, after placing your order, the order's processing-cutting, printing, sewing, packaging and shipping will typically take between 2-3 weeks. A bit longer on multiple orders.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
